ABOUT THE LIVE-STREAM:

Please check your internet connection in advance. We recommend playing the live stream on a laptop or computer. Important: The best streaming quality is obtained by streaming via Chrome and Firefox, Safari, however, is less suitable. The stream can be accessed via Smart TV but has to be opened via the browser first.
The live stream starts punctually on January 23, at 7.30 pm and on January 24, at 11.30 am with an introduction by Richard Siegal. Afterwards, it can no longer be accessed.

ALL FOR ONE AND ONE FOR THE MONEY is the first performance by Richard Siegal / Ballet of Difference purely for the virtual space. This interactive online performance is about community and identities, ideal and monetary values in the virtual space, social media capitalism and, last but not least, the digital loneliness of our time. ALL FOR ONE AND ONE FOR THE MONEY is not a documentation of a stage play, but an interactive work that is produced for the emerging digital medium itself.

Live and interactive! The spectators are able to move between different live streams like rooms in a building and are invited to use the anonymity of the internet to shed inhibitions and to influence the course of the performance. Actors from the Cologne theatre ensemble sit in front of webcams, play online games, exchange themselves live with the audience about the Post-Truth Society, make a final confession to their followers and dream of a total theater in virtual space. At the same time, the virtuoso dancers of Ballet of Difference move their bodies on the threshold between virtual and analogous reality, re-enact the great moments of YouTube and subvert the logic of an omnipresent techno-capitalism.
