Agnes Hestholm, a native of Norway, moved to Germany after completing her dance baccalaureate and graduated from the Acting Program at the Berlin University of the Arts in autumn 2025. Most recently, she appeared in “Like a Prayer” at the Maxim Gorki Theatre and in “Kopula”, directed by Nihan Kirmanoğlu at the Berliner Ringtheater. She moves seamlessly between truth and fiction to create a relevant expression of shamelessness and a reminder of our free will. Her approach to acting is performative, feminist, and perhaps influenced by the internet. Agnes specializes in traditional Norwegian singing, plays the accordion, and completed her dance training with a focus on contemporary dance and classical ballet. In 2025, she directed her first piece, “Katharsis”, and presented her first solo performance, “Es kann die Spur von meinen Erdentage nicht in Äonen untergehen”, at Villa Heike Berlin.
