More than

Shahar Binyamini, a young Israeli dancer and choreographer, explores the interface between body, soul and spirit and poses philosophical questions in his choreographies. Where is the line between physical intimacy and the expression of our soul, our personality? What is the purpose of the human body? Do feelings live in our earthly shells from the beginning or do they only arise from our physical condition, from movement, from the sensual sensations of the nerves? His dance does not provide answers but depicts the search for what man is. How much of the animal remains inside of us, or are we souls trapped in a body?
