Franziska Annekonstans Winkler (born 2003 in Halle) began her theatre career at the age of nine. At Opera Halle, she started her classical vocal training and was a member of the children’s and youth choir. After completing her Abitur, she undertook a voluntary social year from 2021 to 2022 as an assistant in directing and dramaturgy at Neues Theater Halle. She then began studying acting at the Berlin University of the Arts and, in 2023, was awarded a scholarship from the German National Academic Foundation (Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes). Since then, she has appeared in numerous productions, including “Cabaret” (directed by Henriette Hörnigk) at Opera Halle, “1984” (directed by Luk Perceval) at the Berliner Ensemble, and “Die Ratten” (directed by Daniela Löffner) at the Dresden State Theatre. In 2025, she made her debut in film and television in the Amazon Prime series “Gerry Star”.
