Dominika Široká studied Theatre, Film and Media Studies in Olomouc (Czech Republic) and Vienna. As a scholarship holder of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), she subsequently completed her Master’s degree in Theatre Studies in Munich. She worked as a dramaturge at Schauspiel Köln and the Nationaltheater Mannheim.
