The very first episode of GROTTENSCHLECHT is presented by actor Fabian Reichenbach and assistant director Georg Dirlack. Based on Franz Fanon und Jean-Paul Sartre, they dedicate themselves in the depths of the Grotte to the wretched of this earth - and asking who should be actually in the spotlight to raise the wretcheds of their situation.

On the first Monday of every month in the Grotte, ensemble members and assistants take the liberty and spontaneity to present readings of their favourite texts, stage monologues they have devised themselves, performances, musical interludes or theatrical forms that have yet to be invented in the Grotte. Always different, always fresh, always grotty!
