Annie Bloch (born 1994) is an organist, songwriter, and composer based in Cologne. She studied music and English literature in Cork, Ireland, and later composition and organ in Cologne. As an organist, she performs solo and with various ensembles, focusing on improvisation. In her effort to open new contexts for the church organ, she realizes unconventional programs such as “The Mendelssohn-Project” with Emily Wittbrodt and the site-specific solo program “Alone with the Organ” for Hyperorgel at Kunst-Station Sankt Peter. As an indie folk artist, she has released the albums “Floors” and, with the duo Annie&Mo, “When You Get Here.” She formed and composes songs for her ten-member ensemble "I DEPEND," which released its debut album in 2025. As a composer and live performer, she collaborates with the dance ensemble "Sanfte Arbeit" and with David Vogel at Schauspiel Köln.
