Anna Lachnit studied set and costume design at the Design Academy Rostock. From 2020 she worked for two seasons as an assistant set designer at the Bühnen Köln, where she assisted directors including Ersan Mondtag, Bettina Pommer, and Michela Flück, and realized her first independent productions. Her work includes the set design for ”Wunderschönes Welkfleisch” under the direction of David Vogel. In the following years, she created further set designs at Schauspiel Köln, including “Temptation” directed by Silke Z. and David Vogel, as well as “Erstmal für immer” and “Ausverkauf”, both also directed by David Vogel. In the upcoming season, she will collaborate as set designer with the same artistic team on the production HUNDERT. In addition to her theatre work, she is also active in the film and television industry.
