The definition: “A problem occurs when there is a discrepancy between how you think something should be and how it actually turns out. This factual state only becomes a problem by thinking about it. Because people do a lot of thinking, they have a correspondingly large number of problems. Problems are often unpleasant, and one can observe a constant effort to ‘solve’ these problems.
