Since the 2016/17 season, the renowned Cologne caterers Gaby and Achim Mantscheff, together with Britta Barthelmeß, have been taking care of the culinary needs at Schauspiel Köln. The new caterer will take over the previous WERKSHASEN, as well as the entire intermission and foyer catering in the Depot.
The new caterers are known and loved in Cologne, for their restaurants in the Museum Ludwig, the Cafe Lichtenberg, the Feynsinn, the Cafe im Bauturm and the Stanton, the Central, the intermission catering in the Staatenhaus of the opera as well as the catering service La Büff. In addition, the Mantscheffs run their own organic coffee roastery on the Aachener Straße. In spring, after the return to the Offenbachplatz, the restaurateurs won the contract for the complete catering of the Bühnen Köln.
“So regional wie möglich, so bio wie sinnvoll und so selbstgemacht wie bei Muttern.” (As regional as possible, as organic as sensible and as home-made as at mum's). This is the credo under which the audience, as well as the staff and guests of the Offenbach am CARLsGARTEN
will now be treated to culinary delights on the Carlswerk grounds.
